Di Nardo's Loyalty List

Di Nardo’s Ristorante Italiano Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions:

As of April 4, 2025

1. There is no cost to participate in the Di Nardo’s Loyalty program.
2. Purchases are required to accumulate Di Nardo’s Loyalty points.
3. A check-in QR code must be presented at the time of purchase to receive rewards points. This code is auto generated for each guest by Toast and visible through their Toast account. 
4. No rewards points from previous loyalty programs can be applied to this program.
5. You will earn 1 reward point for $1.00 spent, not to include discounts, comps, gift cards sold, tax, service charges and gratuity. 
6. Loyalty points may be earned only by the DiNardo’s Loyalty member that pays the check.
7. Loyalty points will not be issued on the sale of gift cards. Loyalty points will only be issued on the redemption of gift cards.
8. Rewards are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
9. Voided items will reduce the Loyalty points by the voided amount until the credit total is reached.
10. Loyalty points cannot go negative.
11. Loyalty points cannot be transferred between accounts.
12. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, rewards points will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running again.
13. Di Nardo’s Ristorante Italiano can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.
14. Di Nardo’s Ristorante Italiano reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, within the stated expiration date.
15. Di Nardo’s Ristorante Italiano reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized Loyalty points are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.
16. By electing to participate in the Di Nardo’s Loyalty Program, you specifically have “Opted In” to receive email and text alerts to notify you of updates to your account, account balances and rewards status, and notifications of new activities and promotions related to these and other programs at Di Nardo’s. The standard Privacy Policy is in effect for all other circumstances.
17. Loyalty points will be issued on the NET amount of any check – that is after any discounts or coupons have been applied.
18. The redemption of Loyalty points may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer on the same transaction, table, or visit.
19. You may not accumulate Loyalty points on the same transaction or visit in which you redeem the Loyalty points.
20. ALL REWARDS AND VALUES are stored on your account which is visible in the Local by Toast app. You MUST present the check in code that is generated from your app on each visit in order to accumulate rewards points, and claim the rewards. 
21. Your account balance and rewards list may be checked at any time through the Local by Toast app. Your account balance may also be checked at Di Nardo’s by a staff member. 
22. All Di Nardo’s Loyalty points currently do not expire.
23. These rules are subject to change at the discretion of Di Nardo’s Ristorante Italiano
24. Points may not be redeemed toward catering.
25. No guest may have more than one active Loyalty account at any one time.
26. Points are not redeemable on holidays.
27. Earn (1) point per dollar spent, pre-tax and pre-tip
28. Points are added pre-tax, pre-tip and pre-service charge.
29. Every 1,000 points = $50.00 reward
30. A maximum of 5,000 points, a value of $250.00, may be redeemed at the time of dining.
31. Points may be redeemed at Di Nardo’s Ristorante Italiano only.
32. All guests must have their QR code (provided by Toast and visible through the Local by Toast app) available at the time of dining otherwise points cannot be redeemed or accrued.
33. Discounts and/or comps are not included in point accruals.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with any of the Di Nardo’s Loyalty Program Rewards mentioned above. These include and are not limited to, our Promotional Events, Gift Cards, Price Fixed Menus, Private Events, ETC.
